TBT3-UDV Host Charging Stops at Its Rated Power
Plugable specifies up to 60W of host charging for the TBT3-UDV when the connected computer supports charging through Thunderbolt 3. The host cable must use the dock's rear port marked with the computer icon. A working peripheral connection does not alone establish that the charging arrangement is correct.

Systems requiring more than 60W may need their original power adapter connected as well. Check the laptop's specifications and supplied charger before diagnosing a slow or inadequate charge as a dock fault. This is particularly relevant when reusing an older docking station with a more demanding computer.
A compatible laptop can receive up to 60W, while higher-power systems may still need their own adapter.
