Twelve South PowerCord Integrates the Adapter into the Lead
TechRadar describes Twelve South's PowerCord as a USB-C charging cable with a thirty-watt power supply built into the wall-plug end. The announced braided lead comes in four-foot and ten-foot lengths. It replaces the usual separate adapter and detachable cable combination.

Choose the length around the actual socket-to-device route and check whether thirty watts suits the equipment. Integration reduces separate pieces to lose, but it also means the adapter and lead are no longer independently interchangeable. Keep the plugged-in end accessible and ventilated.
The charging concept removes one detachable join while making cable length a purchase decision.
